Violent behavior from playing video games? Try destructive tendencies from watching too much Sound of Music!

Yeah… I thought about that too. Life imitates art? So much

The little girl may have chosen to cut herself a dress from the curtains on her own, but I think the photo may have been staged after that. Because of the scissors and the convenient proximity of the curtain to a corner. Still, it’s a cute photo!

though im sure it’s completely staged, that was my first thought too! She tried to make a dress!!

Or ever
Especially WITH scissors.

Try imitating Enchanted, where the princess cuts out dresses from all the curtains– much more likely for a little girl to imitate, though I agree this does look pretty staged…

TOTALLY. There goes media, giving the children ideas again!

Looks like something from an advertisement to me. The “dress” is cut out too perfectly for a little girl to do it. Especially since it starts up higher then she is tall!

I can’t shake the feeling that I have seen a picture like that before. It’s like a Norman Rockwell picture or something and whoever took this picture is recreating it. BUt I can’t remember where I have seen the picture.

[...] Can we talk about this? Do you think this *may* be a wee-bit harsh? I hear time-out is pretty effective… [...]
Meh. The curtains were damn ugly anyways.
