OMG! this is why I’m glad I only have one … so far. I bless this parent for seeing the humor in this. This made me laugh so hard, and then feel bad about whoever had to clean the poor baby!!

    Murphy’s Law says it’s a Sharpie.

Luckily she was caught before the baby disappeared into the Mexican professional wrestling circuit.

Okay, if you say so, but very few moms put their little boy babies in pink shirts. It’s just a thing, y’know?

There’s an almost identical picture of my older brother and myself in my mom’s photo album. Except I was a victim of hershey’s syrup, not marker.

You don’t have to have children to care about the wellbeing of a kid. There are people out there with kids who couldn’t care less and then there are people like me:no kids, yet if someone were to try and harm my boyfriends little cousins God help the sorry s.o.b.They’d be lucky to have their spine in tact with the rest of their body;)

Uh, this is NOT funny. The ink from the marker obviously got into the baby’s eyes. It would have been mildly funny if it weren’t for that. But this is really bad. The fact that most of you think this is hilarious means that (1) you think that children are playthings intended only for your own amusement, or (2) you’re incredibly ignorant.

This is SO NOT FUNNY!! It is awful, really negligent. And yes I do have a kid, and I know lots of people who have kids and no one has ever done anything like this. That poor baby could have had it’s eyesight ruined.

I agree with you and abdal-latif.No sane parent grabs a camera and takes a picture of one kid putting chemicals on a babys face, they clean up the kid before the chemicals make things worse.”Kids as young as that have great instincts”? is this lady below kidding?!?!? Kids this age have been known to kill younger siblings from gunshots to throwing them across the room and everything in between.I had a customer whose baby died because the older sibling gave the baby a pill she found on the floor somewhere-and it killed the baby! Her husband left her and took the child. She thinks the sibling found the pill on the floor that may have dropped under the cabinets(where it’s hard to see anything under there) because she locks up her medications where the children can’t get to them.I’ve seen her house so I believe her.Cherry on top is the kid denies she gave the baby the pill cause she thought she’d get in trouble with her mom, even though the mom promised she wouldn’t get mad.I mean, what if the baby in the picture here was given the marker and they wound up sucking on the tip where the ink comes out and it dies from poisoning? It’s not like the baby was given an oatmeal facial. You don’t have to have kids to be concerned for a childs well being.I know if someone tried to hurt my boyfriends little cousins Hell hath no fury like me when someone messes with people I care about.

This is funny, I don’t even have a second child yet and I just know my first kid is going to pull something like this someday. You do what you can but even mommies have to step out to go to the bathroom once in awhile and those little twerps are QUICK.

For those all freaked about marker in the eyes – kids as young as that have great instincts and I’m sure he closed his eyes while being drawn on. It’s not the kind of thing to get all mad about. Kids do things, parents miss stuff, we do our best and when something like this happens, it’s really best just to take pictures and move on.

This is really nasty…. the babys eyes will most likely be black and if not then he/she had then held closed when she did it, i have just had a baby and i would not like this one bit. POOR BABY!!!

I seriously am thankful today after seeing this. I can’t believe that something like this didn’t happen to one of mine. Atleast it wasn’t on the carpet, it would have been ruined, but on the kid it will eventually come off. Can you imagine how many laughs these parents had having to tell the story over and over. Good thing that the parents have a sense of humor unlike some of the people on here who think this is negligence or soooo wrong to grab a camera. Just think at the older ones wedding, it’s the night befor at the rehearsal dinner this picture comes up on the slideshow as the younger one toasts of what a great big sister she had growing up. Perfection.
